This Website and the UVC App are offered to you, the member, by Unlimited Vacation Club® and their use is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. The use you make of this Website and UVC App constitutes your agreement to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
The Website and UVC App have been designed as a one-stop resource, easy to navigate and use for booking vacations and accessing your member benefits.
As a condition of use, you agree not to use this Website or the UVC App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTION
Unlimited Vacation Club® is an exclusive travel club whose members enjoy preferred rates, discounts and benefits from our partner providers.
Our various membership programs differ in duration, property and brand access, and the level of benefits from our affiliated service providers.
These diverse membership levels allow our valued members to enjoy guaranteed preferred rates and exclusive benefits at participating resorts.  Reservations are subject to space availability.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Discounts at Participating Hotels. Member are entitled to a 25% (twenty-five percent) discount on the lowest published rate at Participating Hotels or through Authorized Tour Operators.

Discounts at Partner Hotels. Member will be entitled to discounts at any of the Partner Hotels available at www.unlimitedvacationclub.com. The benefits and discounts offered may vary according to the rules of each hotel.

Reservations. Reservations are subject to availability and must be for a minimum of two (2) nights, with a maximum of twenty (20) additional rooms in the same period, at the same hotel, subject to payment of the applicable reservation fee.
Rates for Infants and Children. Some Participating Hotels allow children under the age of three (3) to stay free of charge on condition that they stay in the same room as their parents. Children 12 and under will pay the children's rate set by the Participating Hotel.

Annual Renewal Fee. Members must pay the Annual Renewal Fee on the anniversary of the Activation Date of their Contract in order to continue enjoying the rights and benefits of the Contract.

Personal and non-commercial use limitation. Membership rights and benefits are intended solely for personal use by members, their families, and guests. Commercial use or resale is strictly prohibited. 

No discount on airfares. No special discounts or benefits and/or rates on airfares, airlines or any other service related with aerial transport are offered, except such promotions as are published on www.unlimitedvacationclub.com.

ADDITIONAL REWARDS AND PROMOTIONS

Amstar DMC
Unlimited Vacation Club® members are entitled to unlimited use of ground transportation and guided tour services with Amstar DMC with 10% to 15% discount off the public rate, during the term of their UVC membership.

Exchange System
Members are entitled to deposit intervals of seven nights with the Exchange Supplier solely for lodging service, subject to the member's good standing with the Exchange Supplier, the terms and conditions of the Contract and Exchange Supplier, and upon payment of the applicable fees. Members will receive two (2) years of affiliation free of charge. From the third year, members may renew their membership on their own directly with the service provider if they wish so. This membership can remain in good standing as long as the Unlimited Vacation Club® membership is in good standing too.

U Lifestyle
Members may enjoy the benefits of this program: preferred rates for cruises and additional benefits including but not limited to hotel accommodations and resort stays worldwide, gift cards for restaurants and entertainment centers, etc. Members will receive two (2) years of affiliation to the U Lifestyle program free of charge. From the third year, members may renew this membership on their own directly with the service provider if they wish so. This membership can remain in good standing as long as the Unlimited Vacation Club® membership is in good standing.

U Experiences
Members may enjoy the benefits of this program: preferred rates for a wide array of travel, leisure and lifestyle products and services.  Members will receive two (2) years of affiliation to the U Experiences program free of charge. From the third year, members may renew this membership on their own directly with the service provider if they wish so. This membership can remain in good standing as long as the Unlimited Vacation Club® membership is in good standing.

U Car Rentals
Members may receive up to 25% discount on car rentals through www.unlimitedvacationclub.com (rates with discounts already applied). This benefit is available in Mexico only.

U Yachts
As a first-visit incentive, members are granted access to the Yacht program, which includes unlimited yacht rides at special discounted rates in select destinations where resorts are located.  Taxes and port fees may apply.  

U Fly, U Save
Members can combine discounted roundtrip airfare from over 20U.S. airports with exclusive rates on accommodations and amenities at participating resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica and Panama.
