How to Book in Three Easy Steps
STEP 1: SEARCH
Look at the available inventory at www.theregistrycollection.com (The terms and conditions of TRC membership do not apply to you)
STEP 2: DEPOSIT
Deposit the required UVC Nights for your desired exchange by calling the UVC Member Services Center. Then, pay the applicable booking and processing fee of $250 per week the applicable Signature Selections Inventory Access fee of $1,220 per week.
STEP 3: EXCHANGE
Call The Registry Collection and advise them of your travel dates and the luxury resort you would like to exchange into using your deposited week(s) and pay The Registry Collection exchange fee of $295 per week.
Terms & Conditions
TWO YEAR MEMBERSHIP
Your complimentary two-year Signature Selections Membership provides you access to all the available inventory offered by The Registry Collection. If you choose to renew your Signature Selections Membership you may do so by paying the current TRC fee at the time of payment.
MAXIMUM TWO WEEKS PER YEAR
UVC Signature Selections Members may book up to two weeks of TRC inventory per Calendar Year. For each week deposited for exchange seven (7) nights will be debited from the member’s account in accordance with your Membership Agreement.
APPLICABLE FEES PAID TO UVC
To reserve one or two weeks per year with your Signature Selections Membership you are required to pay the following fees to UVC
- $250 USD Booking and Processing Fee for each week deposited (maximum of two weeks each calendar year)
- $1,220 USD Inventory Access Fee for each week deposited for the exchange. The full amount will be refunded if the reservation is not made with the Registry Collection.
Accommodations Only – All applicable fees paid to UVC and/or TRC are only for lodging. All other expenses of travel, food and beverage, air fare are not included and are the responsibility of Member.
Available Inventory – Member may find TRC available inventory by going to www.theregistrycollection.com. All inventory is time sensitive and its availability may change from minute to minute. It is strongly recommended that your week(s) is posited with TRC prior to calling a TRC agent for a confirmed reservation.
Duration of Deposited Weeks – A deposited week with a start-date that begins within the current calendar year means the deposit is eligible until December 31st of the following calendar year. A deposited week with a start-date that begins within a future calendar year means the deposited week is eligible until December 31st of the following calendar year.
Advance Booking Period – Member may book their reservation no more than 304 days in advance of the desired travel date.
Cancellation Policy
No Confirmation Provided by The Registry Collection – If no Confirmed Reservation is given, Member will receive a full refund of all fees paid to UVC.
Within 24 hours of Booking Made– Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking the reservation will result in all fees being returned to member by both Unlimited Vacation Club and The Registry Collection
180 days or more – Cancellations made 180 days or more prior to the initial reservation date
- $1,220 USD Inventory access fee will be refunded by UVC.
- $250 USD UVC Booking and Processing Fee is non-refundable
- $295 USD TRC reservation fee is non-refundable
30 to 179 days – Cancellations made 30 to 179 in advance of the initial reservation date
- $610 USD Inventory access fee will be refunded by UVC.
- $250 USD UVC Booking and Processing Fee is non-refundable
- $295 USD TRC reservation fee is non-refundable
0 to 29 days – Cancellations made within 29 days of the travel date will result in no refund to Member
Contact Information
Calling the TRC Reservations Center – Member may contact the TRC Reservations Center 48 hours after their deposit is made by the UVC Services Center. All reservations made with the Registry Collection must by made by phone with one of their agents.
- Member will be required to pay the current TRC Exchange Fee of $295 if the reservation is confirmed by the TRC Agent.
- Your confirmation letter is sent within 72 hours by TRC.
